1. Order Help
How can I track my order?
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process order updates. We estimate that your order will arrive within 8-15 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and a link.
Will my order arrive on the specified delivery date?
The provided delivery date is an estimate. If your order doesn't arrive on the exact date, it means it's currently in transit! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipped package.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer shipping services to the following areas:
- Continental United States
- Canada
If you have delivery needs outside of these areas, please contact us at papahughome@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How much is the shipping fee?
Free standard shipping on orders over $200.00.
Due to the different sizes and weights of different items, there will be different transportation costs, some items are free shipping, the specific shipping information can be viewed on the product checkout page, thank you for your understanding, if you have any questions, please contact our service team papahughome@gmail.com in a timely manner!
What are the processing and shipping times?
After placing an order, it takes 1-3 days for us to process before shipping out the items. The actual shipping time is approximately 8-35 business days.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification from us containing your tracking number.
Are there any potential delays?
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times mentioned above. Factors like international customs processing and holidays can cause unforeseen delays beyond our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the situation. 3. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us for assistance in reshipping your item(s). We understand that issues may occur during shipping, so we carefully inspect all items before sending them out. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide us with photos of the damaged product, including the packaging and shipping label, within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue. Please note that any claims made after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted. Similarly, any issues or missing items must be reported within this timeframe. We regret that we are unable to offer unconditional returns.
What should I do if I encounter defects, damages, or receive the wrong item in my order?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you encounter any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item. We will assess the situation and make it right for you.
How does the refund process work for returns?
Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
